About Shipping

1. Do you do meet-ups?

No, we do not allow meet-ups. We use the country’s top couriers, Xend, LBC and JRS, to get the items to you conveniently. No more hassle of setting up a workable date and time for us to meet.

2. How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping is flat rate at ₱100 for Metro Manila deliveries and ₱150 for provincial deliveries. For orders ₱20,000 and above, delivery fee is waived.

3. How do you protect the items?

We make sure everything is properly packed. We know the couriers will take care of them but at times, accidents do happen so we take extra care in packing your orders.

4. How long is the shipment?

The couriers aim to get it to you within 1 business day. For deliveries outside Manila, it will need 1-3 business days. We suggested, though, to allot at least 2 business days as allowance before the actual day you need the items.

1. Can I have your contact details?

We do not give out Phone numbers. Everything will go through email. We run 8 online stores and have been perfectly fine without relying on Phone Calls.

2. Can I contact you through phone?

No. We rely on email to keep records. We do not have equipment at the moment to monitor phone conversations. To be efficient and to minimize misunderstandings, we rely strictly on “written” support.

3. Can I visit your store?

We are purely an online store. We do not have a physical store at the moment.

 

About Our Products

1. Are these original?

Of course, these are imported from the USA.

2. Are these new?

Yes, we will never sell old items. Some are repair parts from a long time ago as the valves are already phased out but a lot of the people in the Philippines still use them. The parts that we sell are brand new even if the valves it will be installed in are old models.

3. Will your Sloan piston fit in my Toto/American Standard/”insert random brand here” flush valve?

No.

 

Misc. Questions

1. Can you recommend plumbers to install the Sloan parts?

Not at the moment. We do not have this service yet.

2. Can I pay using G-Cash?

No.

3. Can I pay using Cheque?

Yes, through the bank. We will have to wait for it to clear before we can send the items out.

4. Do you issue sales receipt, sales invoice or an official receipt?

Yes. All the prices in our website are inclusive of VAT. We will process your order through our retail store, Spartan Steel Hardware.

5. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

We do offer discounts for bulk orders. Please visit this link to get a quotation.

6. Can we pay through telegraphic transfer or bank to bank transfer?

We now allow telegraphic transfer payments. You may transfer payment directly from your own bank to our BDO account as long as the total amount to be paid is  10,000 and above. You will have to shoulder the fees charged by your bank.
