Here in the Philippines, we meet a lot of people looking for Sloan “G-77” and it’s usually related to a piston assembly kit or the whole flush valve. We are posting this to make it clear and to help clients (and future clients) to see that this is not the actual number of the part.

G-77 is the number of the cap of that Piston assembly kit, NOT the number of that whole piston. So if your piston cap was damaged, you need to look for a G-77. This has long been phased out because new model numbers were released.

By looking at the bottom of the Piston, you will know if it’s for a urinal or water closet model.

Sloan G77 1007 Closet Piston Assembly

This is not a Sloan G-77. It’s a G1007 Closet Piston Assembly. This is an old model 🙂

Sloan G77 1009 Urinal Piston Assembly

This is a Sloan G1009 Urinal Piston Assembly, not a G-77

Piston kits are compatible with Sloan Gem-2 flush valves.

So check out our shop area if you are looking for a Piston Assembly kit for Sloan Gem-2 models, be it Urinal or Closet.
